Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the FEDA (https://feda.sciensano.be) web application operated by Sciensano("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to the next web application and use of data or services related to it is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who want to access the next web application’s data and service. By accessing or using our web application you agree to be bound by the following Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
 
  1. All data was collected from public sources. More information on the origin of the data can be found in the user manual.
  2. Sciensano declines all responsibility for false information due to encoding errors or wrong extractions of the original source of information.
  3. Sciensano declines all responsibility for the damaging consequences due to the use by the Users of the following data.

Uw toegang tot de volgende ’webapplicatie en het gebruik van gegevens of diensten die ermee verband houden, is onderworpen aan uw aanvaarding van en uw naleving van deze Voorwaarden. Deze Voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bezoekers, gebruikers en anderen die toegang willen tot de data en service op de volgende webapplicatie. Door onze webapplicatie te openen of te gebruiken gaat u ermee akkoord gebonden te zijn aan de volgende Voorwaarden.   2. Sciensano wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af voor valse informatie ten gevolge van coderingsfouten of van verkeerde extracties van de oorspronkelijke informatiebron.
  3. Sciensano wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid af voor de schadelijke gevolgen te wijten aan het gebruik door de Gebruikers van de volgende gegevens.
